How the trial, logins and payments work.

What happens after the free trial?

You get 14 days free on the plan and login count you choose at setup. You’ll add a card, and we’ll show your first payment date and full subscription amount before you start. Your subscription bills automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Is the price per person or per business?

It’s per person who needs a Jobsworth login. Everyone in the business uses the same plan. For example, three Pro logins cost £117 a month before any applicable VAT. People you only add to the team directory don’t need a paid login.

Can I use Core with a team, or Plus on my own?

Yes. Choose the tools you need, then the number of logins. Core, Pro and Plus are different sets of features, rather than limits on your team size.

Am I tied in for a year?

No. These plans are paid monthly, with no yearly lock-in. We have to earn your business each month. Cancel renewal in Plan & billing whenever you want, and keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

What if I add logins or upgrade during the trial?

Extra logins and plan upgrades are charged immediately for the remaining trial period. We show the amount before you confirm. The change takes effect after payment succeeds, and your original trial end date stays the same.

Can I change my plan or login count later?

Yes, in Plan & billing. Paid upgrades and extra logins show a charge for the remainder of your billing period. Reductions on a paid subscription take effect at renewal; reductions during a trial lower the first bill. Before reducing logins, remove access or revoke invitations until everyone fits the new number.

How do I cancel?

Cancel renewal in Plan & billing. During the trial, cancel before the deadline to avoid the first payment. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What happens to my records if I downgrade or cancel?

Your existing records are retained. A lower plan restricts new use of the features it doesn’t include. When subscription access ends, your business becomes read-only; your usual permissions still apply.

Can I use it on site?

Yes. Open Jobsworth in your phone’s browser to check the job details, see who’s booked and add photos or notes while you’re there.
